Tim Burress and Scott Rehling did an excellent presentation on training the Youtube generation at ELS 2010.   Scott highlighted the value of good quality video and great sound.    Tim focused on improving the quality of your webinars.   He provided us with invaluable checklists for setting up webinars, great ideas on what to do to plan for the webinar, and what to do when technology is not our friend.
