You might want to improve their knowledge or skills or you might want to change their behavior. This session looks at what businesses and non-profit organizations do with outreach training, how they do it, and what it accomplishes for them.

Linda Warren is Senior Instructional Designer, Thornton Tomasetti. She has a master of education degree in instructional technology and a bachelor of art degree in biomedical communication arts.
She has designed E-Learning products for graduate level courses at universities, state agencies, and private corporations. Her courses are in diverse subject areas including healthcare, electronic medical record keeping, business administrative systems, accounting, business law, statistics, and mathematics.
Before focusing on E-Learning, Linda worked as a visual communicator where she used static and motion graphics to educate audiences about complex and abstract medical subjects. Her visual art background, college-level teaching experience, and web design work naturally lead to her interest in E-Learning.
