While business has moved into the Information Age, Learning & Development has not. Sure, we have shiny new toys and the latest in technology is available, but our approaches are based in Industrial Era models. To put it bluntly, we are not doing what we could and should be doing, and what we are doing, we are doing badly. We are still using and supporting hierarchical models when we have to start leveraging the power of the network. In short, we need to start thinking strategically and align with new understandings of how we really think, work, and learn. In this presentation, we will cover the findings we need to account for, and discover the path forward to a new and valuable role for L&D in organizational success.

When I was in ‘big corporate’ we were fortunate enough to be able to afford people like Clark Quinn to help frame our strategies and goals. I really miss those days, and it’s conferences like yours that allow the individual professional the opportunity to tap into mindsets like his!
